Tara Acton holds an MFA in writing from Northern Michigan University, on the shores of Lake Superior. She has taught classes in basic composition, narrative and descriptive writing, and technical writing, and especially loves creative nonfiction. Currently she works at an educational & career development organization in Iowa, and blogs at taraacton.com.
